Collaborative Cutting Station
Collaborative Cutting Station is an automated cutting system designed for the precise and repeatable trimming of inflation lines used in medical device subassemblies.
Engineered for controlled production environments, this station combines collaborative robot handling, pneumatic clamping, suction-based part positioning, and automated cutting to ensure dimensional consistency, process stability, and reliable output across each production cycle.
The system supports continuous operation through alternating work nests, allowing the operator to load one nest while the robot processes the other. With integrated HMI control, safety monitoring, alarms, and real-time cycle information, the Collaborative Cutting Station helps reduce manual variability, improve process efficiency, and support traceable medical manufacturing operations.
